Effective 15 November 2022 HBZ Bank will be updating its processes regarding dormant accounts.

If you have not transacted on your account within the last 90 days, your account will be marked as dormant, ie. no debits may be processed from the account until the dormancy has been uplifted.

Please contact your branch for further information.

If your account is active and you have been transacting on your account within the last 90 days the above does not apply to you.
