Thank you for your patience in these testing times, whilst our Boksburg Branch was closed on Wednesday 27th May 2020 for deep cleaning, in line with the Department of Health, Environmental cleaning and disinfection guidelines as a result of staff testing positive for Covid-19.

As a precautionary measure the branch all staff were requested to undergo testing and self- isolate.

We are pleased to announce this disinfection process was overseen by the EkurhuleniDepartment of Health and Social Development, Environmental Health Division who has now given us permission to reopen the branch for normal business from Tuesday 09 June 2020.

We felt it necessary to take these measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and valued customers and for the continuation of our essential services.

The Bank will continue to practise the highest standards of safe hygiene and deep cleansing protocols at all branches including availability of hand sanitizers for staff and customers as well as increased frequency and intensity of cleaning practices, social distancing and screening.
