Promotion of Access to Information Act

In accordance with The Promotion of Access to Information Act we have compiled a manual to assist you in gaining access to records held by a private body. HBZ Bank Limited is a private body as defined in the Act.

Appendix 3 of the manual is a list of the documents which are available in terms of other legislation.
